Mrs. Eaton and Mrs. Parker

I began my teaching career at a private school in downtown Philadelphia where I taught third and fourth grade.   Ten years ago, my husband and I came to Vermont for a ski vacation and immediately fell head over heels for the Green Mountain State. On a ride up the chairlift at Sugarbush, we decided that this was the place we wanted to call home.  Upon moving to Vermont, I began working at ABS while I pursued my Elementary Teaching License at St. Michael’s College.   I taught fourth grade at Bellows Free Academy in Fairfax and first and second grade in Williston before joining the Mosaic family at WCS in 2013. I live in Richmond with my husband, son, daughter, dog, and cat.  In my free time I love to travel, ski, bake, and listen to all types of music.

Hello everyone!
My name is Liz Parker and I started teaching in the Williston school district in 2009. Before teaching in Williston,I started my teaching career teaching 3rd grade at Blue Mountain Union School. I am part of the Mosaic team as a looping 3-4 teacher. I love having two years to build relationships with students and families.
I  have lived in Vermont since I was two years old. I grew up in a little town called Wilmington. I decided to stay in Vermont for college, attending Saint Michael's College in Colchester. I am currently enrolled in the master's program at Saint Michael's College.
My husband, Ben, and I live in Montpelier with our sons, George and William and our dog, Story. When I am not at school, I stay busy in many ways. Basketball is my favorite sport and I love to play, coach and watch basketball at all levels. I also enjoy hiking, baking, volunteering, painting and I want to learn how to play the piano. I love to read and laugh. I can't wait to do both of these with you this year!
